Taylor Made Coaching Solutions was founded in 2009 by Michelle Taylor, Principal Consultant. We are based in Sydney and work with a range of organisations throughout Australia across industries that include banking, finance, healthcare and hospitals, law, professional services, IT, securities, community services, not-for-profit, federal and state government Agencies.
Michelle Taylor is an Executive and Workplace Coach, Leadership Consultant, and Workplace Culture Practitioner and Consultant, specialising in leadership development, workplace engagement, organisational development, peak performance, innovation, and workplace cultural change.
Prior to founding Taylor Made Coaching Solutions, Michelle worked in a broad range of senior public sector management roles, including operational, organisational change, strategy, IT, policy, learning and development, risk, governance, compliance, and project management. She was one of the first full-time appointments as a Business Enterprise Architect within the Australian Public Service. Her broad experience includes managing high profile government IT projects, advising Commonwealth Agencies on business process re-engineering, IT strategic directions and technology solutions, establishing and coordinating training, quality assurance and compliance frameworks, and leading teams in high pressured and challenging environments. A key theme throughout her career has been devising, implementing and managing the change process and assisting leaders at all levels to do the same.
Michelle is a graduate of the Master of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching) from the University of Sydney, and the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) majoring in Social Anthropology and Psychology. Combining her broad experience and expert knowledge Michelle brings a unique expertise to understanding workplace cultures, systems, and behaviour, and designing solutions that support organisations, leaders, teams, and individuals enact changes that leverage conditions for peak performance and innovation, promote positive workplace culture, and result in sustained organisational benefits.
Taylor Made Coaching Solutions partners with the best in the field to deliver the best solutions to clients. Our Associates are all subject matter experts, highly qualified and experienced executive coaches, facilitators, consultants and practitioners. We require all Associates hold a minimum Masters qualification in Coaching Psychology, Organisational Psychology/Development, Business Administration, or cognate discipline, possess expert knowledge and a minimum 10 years experience in relation to the application of human psychology, behaviour, organisational development and change in organisational settings.
